In Freed's case, audio is held until the note and its quality checks are complete, then deleted automatically. Clinicians can edit or delete notes at any time, or set them to delete automatically after 30 days.
Suki does not identify the clinician or the patient in voice recordings, creates and keeps no voice signatures, and uses voice only to transcribe and summarize the note.
