Arya Health

Arya Health automates the office work that coordinates distributed care. Its agents contact caregivers about open shifts, gather availability, follow up on credentials, collect onboarding information and help move referrals toward a staffed start of care. They work alongside the provider's existing record, recruiting and workforce systems, using voice, text and email to reach people where they already work.

Providers can use the agents to assist coordinators or take over routine workflows, with complex decisions returned to staff. The product extends across scheduling, compliance, talent, onboarding, intake, payroll, engagement and front desk tasks. Connect Pediatrics uses Arya for scheduling and clinician engagement, and other named customers include TheKey and Team Select Home Care. Arya was founded in 2022 and is based in New York. The operating company is Arya for Work, Inc.

Capability Axes

An AI Health Index grade measures what a buyer can verify from public sources on the date shown. It is not a rating of how good the product is. A vendor can build an excellent system and grade low on an axis because it publishes nothing an outsider can check. How grades read

AI Capability
AA on AI CentralityThe artificial intelligence is the product. Remove the model and there is nothing left to sell.
Vendor Published

Arya Health sells AI agents that perform administrative work for care providers, including matching caregivers to shifts, contacting staff, collecting onboarding information and tracking compliance. The agent handles the conversations and coordination alongside existing record systems. Learned interpretation and communication are central to that product rather than a separately optional feature.

BB on Autonomy and Oversight ModelThe oversight structure is described and one part is missing, commonly the threshold at which the system stops or what happens after it is wrong.
Vendor Published

Agents can operate in assisted or automatic modes. At Connect Pediatrics they conduct shift outreach and clinician engagement, returning complex decisions to coordinators. Role permissions constrain access and activity is auditable. The precise conditions that stop an action, require approval or reverse an incorrect scheduling change are not specified.

BB on Model and Technology TransparencyThe approach or the suppliers are named without the version and update discipline behind them. Naming a supplier is the entry to this band both here and on Model Supply Chain Disclosure, which ask different questions of the same disclosure: who receives the data, and what produces the output.
Vendor Published

The agent stack includes Gemini 2.5 Pro, 3.1 Flash and 3.5 Flash Lite, selected for different reasoning, speed and cost needs. Arya also describes structured input and output validation for scheduling agents. Training data composition, production version pinning and the process for approving model replacements are not specified.

BB on Model Supply Chain DisclosureSubstantial partial disclosure, or a chain that is structurally short: an in house build, a cleared model that cannot be quietly swapped, or a deployment where the transfer does not occur at all. Naming the model provider exits the band below into this one; the axis rises from here on the completeness of the party list and on the terms that govern data once it arrives.
Vendor Published

Google supplies Gemini models, and an earlier scheduling implementation used Claude through AWS Bedrock. The Talent Agent names Supabase, Cloudflare, Bland AI and n8n for its Google connected features. These disclosures identify several important processors, but do not establish a complete service inventory with model specific data terms.

CC on Clinical and Operational EvidenceNamed customers, or vendor reported percentages with no method, denominator or reference standard. Scale of use is recorded here and is not treated as evidence of benefit.
Vendor Published

Connect Pediatrics is a named pediatric home health deployment, with a testimonial describing 25% more scheduler capacity without additional headcount. The case describes automated outreach and coordination work. Its measurement period, baseline workload and calculation are not supplied, so the percentage does not establish a controlled operational effect.

BB on AI Safety and PHI StewardshipCategorical commitments are published, such as no training on customer data, without the retention schedule behind them.
Vendor Published

Talent Agent Google data is deleted within 30 days of disconnection or account deletion and is excluded from generalized model training. The Bedrock scheduling architecture also excludes prompt storage and retraining. Retention and deidentification rules for the broader clinical workflow are unspecified, as is a complete AI safety incident protocol.

Regulatory and Compliance
CC on HIPAA and BAA PostureA status is stated but not supported: compliance is claimed, or business associate status stated, without the underlying document, including where the only privacy notice published covers the website rather than the service that handles patients. The mirror case grades here as well: a substantive privacy document that reaches the service, with no statement of business associate status anywhere and no scope position taken. One of the two elements the band above asks for is present, which is a grade below it and not a grade at the floor.
Vendor Published

Arya states HIPAA compliance and offers BAAs to customers. Its general privacy notice excludes the platform and services, with a separate section for Talent Agent Google data. The BAA itself, its applicable commercial scope and its PHI subcontractor obligations are not available to read before contracting.

BB on Security Certifications and Trust CenterA recognized certification is named in the vendor own material without the artifact, or with a scope or renewal question the buyer has to raise. A recognized certification here is an audit of how the vendor operates security, such as SOC 2, HITRUST or ISO/IEC 27001. A certification has a scope and a clock, and both are part of this grade. A certification the vendor attaches to its data center, hosting facility or cloud provider, rather than presenting as its own, is the host's and does not count here.
Vendor Published

SOC 2 Types I and II are identified, alongside annual independent penetration testing and continuous control monitoring through Secureframe. The trust center describes access, change management and incident response controls. Actual audit reports require an NDA, leaving the examination dates and detailed scope outside the public material.

CC on FDA and Regulatory StatusNo device claim is made and the product is scoped accordingly. Most administrative and operational products sit here and are not penalized for it, because this axis grades the appropriateness of the positioning rather than possession of a clearance.
Vendor Published

The product is scoped to administrative coordination: staffing, scheduling, credential follow up, intake and related office work. It helps arrange care rather than diagnose a patient or select treatment. No FDA device clearance is claimed for these functions, and the published positioning does not depend on one.

CC on AI Governance and Bias DisclosureResponsible artificial intelligence is committed to in policy language with no evaluation behind it. Most of the index sits here.
Vendor Published

Input and output schemas constrain agent behavior, alongside a commitment to check accuracy, compliance, fairness and consistency. A fairness evaluation, subgroup results or a defined model review committee process is not specified. Security change controls address infrastructure governance but do not establish how allocation outcomes are tested across caregiver groups.

BB on AI Liability and RecourseA published falsifiable commitment, or a real correction route the affected person can exercise against the vendor. A published error rate with its method and denominator grades here. A statutory right that runs to the covered entity rather than to the vendor does not reach this band on its own: every other route here asks something of the vendor, and being located in a particular jurisdiction is not conduct.
Vendor Published

The service agreement promises material conformity with the user guide and provides contractual remedies for breach. It also includes an intellectual property indemnity toward customers. These commitments do not state a specific remedy for an incorrect AI scheduling decision, and liability is generally capped at six months of software fees.

Integration and Deployment
BB on EHR and Interoperability DepthNamed systems with read access or one directional writing, or standards support with named deployments behind it.
Vendor Published

A released CubHub connection supplies patient, caregiver and scheduling updates to Arya, with Snowflake synchronization and webhooks also available. The broader platform reads and updates existing record and workforce systems. Integration documentation does not establish a named major EHR connection with verified production reading and writing in both directions.

CC on Deployment Model and Data ResidencyA single hosted option with location implied rather than committed.
Vendor Published

The cloud stack includes AWS for the earlier scheduling architecture and Google Cloud models for agent workflows. Talent Agent also identifies Cloudflare and Supabase. Customer environments are isolated, but a committed geographic residency, cross border processing map and customer hosted deployment option are not specified.

Commercial
CC on Commercial TransparencyNo price is published and the posture is discoverable: a buyer can establish how the product is sold and what drives the cost before contacting the vendor. Most of the index sits here.
Vendor Published

Sales start with a demonstration and an order form. Standard terms charge for purchased services rather than actual usage, and integration work may carry a fixed fee or time and materials charges. Subscription prices, included volumes, minimum commitments and implementation amounts are not specified before the sales process.

BB on Setting and Specialty CoverageCoverage is named with validation behind part of it.
Vendor Published

Target settings include home health, home care, hospice, private duty nursing, skilled nursing, senior living and telehealth operations. Connect Pediatrics provides named use in pediatric home care, while TheKey, Team Select and Thrive are also named customers. Comparable outcome support for every listed setting and specialty is not supplied.
