Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent vs Sunoh.ai

Last VerifiedAugust 4, 2026
Verdict

These two do the same unusual thing and almost nobody notices they are peers: both turn a recorded conversation into pre filled orders inside their own record system. The Oracle agent drafts prescriptions, laboratory tests, imaging and follow up appointments in the United States. Sunoh pre fills labs, imaging, medications, referrals and follow ups inside eClinicalWorks and claims it was first to do it. Neither publishes an accuracy rate for order generation, a confidence threshold or an escalation path when the conversation is misheard, which is the number that matters most in both products and exists in neither. The difference is commercial. Sunoh publishes 149 dollars per provider per month and a free trial; the Oracle agent has no separable price and sits inside an enterprise contract. If your buying question is whether ambient order drafting is safe to switch on, neither vendor has yet given you the evidence to answer it.

Select Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent if
  • Native to the record with structured orders written back rather than staged elsewhere, and no separate vendor, integration or security review to add.
  • The order set is broader, covering prescriptions, laboratory tests, imaging studies and follow up appointments drafted from the conversation with dose, frequency and preferred pharmacy inferred from history and clinician favourites.
  • For a health system already on this record platform the capability arrives inside an existing enterprise agreement rather than as a new line item and a new processor to paper.
Select Sunoh.ai if
  • You can price it and try it. 149 US dollars per provider per month, roughly 1.25 dollars per visit, with a free trial requiring no contract and no credit card, against a capability with no separable price at all.
  • Specialty and setting reach that is enumerated, including dermatology, rheumatology, behavioral health with DAP notes, dental periodontal charting and treatment plans, and vision, where the alternative publishes no specialty count.
  • It states its business associate posture plainly and sells self serve, which implies standard rather than individually negotiated terms, against a product with no published agreement scope of any kind.

Disclosure

Neither vendor publishes an accuracy figure for note or order generation, a confidence threshold for a drafted order, or an escalation behaviour when the conversation is misheard, which is the disclosure both most need given that both pre fill orders. Oracle publishes no model card, no bias statement and no product scoped security or business associate documentation as distinct from its enterprise cloud programme.

Sunoh's SOC 2 attestation appears only on third party comparison pages, several published by competitors, and its own adoption claims are inconsistent across its site. Both are available only to practices already on their respective record systems in the deep configuration described here.
