An earlier version of this note said the business associate agreement was gated the same way and that the lower tiers were therefore not a compliant production configuration. That claim traced to competitor comparison pages and is wrong: Heidi's own HIPAA page states it makes the agreement available to every covered entity it works with, with no tier condition.
