Oxipit's ChestLink holds CE Class IIb certification to identify high confidence normal chest radiographs and issue finalized reports with no radiologist involved, described as the first approval permitting an AI imaging application to report autonomously. It is available in Europe and not for autonomous use in the US. Qure's US clearances are reading aids and triage devices, including qXR-Detect, a concurrent reading aid for chest X-ray. Qure also markets sorting out unremarkable chest X-rays with no published statement of who reads the studies it sets aside. For a European service whose backlog is normal films, Oxipit removes them from the queue under a certification built for that. Qure.ai, founded in 2016 in Mumbai with a US entity in New York, sells radiology AI in more than 105 countries through more than 5,500 sites by its own count. Its products are qXR for chest X-ray (detection, reporting, lung nodules and tuberculosis screening), qER for head CT in stroke and trauma, qCT for chest CT nodules and lung cancer, qMSK for musculoskeletal X-ray, and heart failure detection.

For Oxipit, the DICOM conformance statement (6 November 2024) covers ChestLink 1.0 and ChestEye 2.6 as a storage provider and user, including Basic Text SR, secondary capture, presentation state and encapsulated PDF objects.
With Qure AI, the qXR page promises zero integration effort and deployment on cloud or on premise, the company says its software works with new and old X-ray systems, and the qXR-Detect summary describes results returned to radiology software or the X-ray console; qXR-LN is cleared for use with any DICOM viewer or PACS. How are Oxipit and Qure AI priced and sold?
The packaging and the seller are public: Oxipit sells three suites (the CXR Suite with ChestLink and ChestEye, the CT Suite and the MSK Suite) through a contact route on its site, and since 2026 it has been part of Sectra, so contracting and support may run through the parent.
For Qure AI, the portfolio makes the gap matter. Qure sells chest X-ray, head and chest CT and musculoskeletal products under ten US clearances, plus tuberculosis care cascades and the Aira care delivery platform, and nothing says whether indications are licensed singly, bundled by modality or sold as a platform. How do Oxipit and Qure AI handle patient data?
With Oxipit, the ChestLink user manual (software version 1.0, 9 March 2023) says anonymization is set up by enabling the anonymization options in the customer's archive, which "ensures that no sensitive personal data is processed by ChestLink".
Qure's Security and Regulatory page says data is de-identified before it leaves a covered entity's premises for cloud processing, and that on-premise installations may process identifiable images only on servers the customer owns and operates.
