For Armis, the integrations page names Cisco ISE, Check Point, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne and Microsoft Defender among "hundreds of pre-built API integrations". The medical device page says policies are enforced through the customer's firewalls, switches and network access control, and that "integrations with CMMS and ticketing systems automate the creation of work orders".
With Asimily, the integrations page describes two-way sync with CMMS and CMDB systems, automatic work orders for anomalies and vulnerabilities, NAC-driven segmentation, SIEM syslog export, vulnerability scanner, DHCP and IPAM, IAM and RTLS feeds, and shows Accruent, TRIMEDX, TruAsset, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Arista and Axonius. The AWS Marketplace listing for the Armis Device Security Platform, sold by Armis, shows a "Centrix Standard minimum" of $3,250 per month on 1, 12, 24 or 36 month terms, billed on the assets and devices monitored, managed and unmanaged, including medical equipment, with private offers by email.
For Asimily, the platform is sold through demos and channel partners, with ProSecure pre-purchase lookups and the CMMS integrations as named capabilities. How do Armis and Asimily handle patient data?

In Asimily's case, the product security page says neither PII nor ePHI is transmitted out of the on-site Edge appliance, data processed at the Edge is not written to disk, in-memory data is deleted after processing, cloud data stays in the country of origin, nothing is shared with third parties without customer authorization, and each customer runs on dedicated instances. What evidence is published for Armis and Asimily?
In a June 2024 Armis release, Main Line Health reported finding twice as many connected assets as previously estimated, with no count, baseline or period given. The medical device page quotes Main Line Health's system director of biomedical engineering and the CIO of Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, and a 2025 solution brief quotes University Health Network and Burke Rehab Hospital; none of these quotes carries a figure.
With Asimily, the home page claims more than 10,000 high-risk vulnerabilities removed in three months. KLAS rated Asimily first in its 2026 Healthcare IoT Security report at 96.6, a satisfaction measure. Both records were reviewed on this site in September 2026. Armis says it identifies every device the moment it connects. It publishes no classification accuracy to test that against. Armis can quarantine a device automatically, and no approval step is published. Its one customer figure, twice as many connected assets as previously estimated at Main Line Health, gives no count or baseline. Asimily's customer figures, such as 98 percent NIST compliance at MemorialCare, are published without method. Asimily says patient data never leaves its Edge appliance. Neither states a business associate position. Armis starts at $3,250 a month on its AWS Marketplace listing, and Asimily publishes no price. Both cite analyst and survey rankings, which this page does not rely on.
