Solventum states that Fluency Align is certified with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, is hosted on AWS through the Solventum Cloud, and has DTAC and DCB0129 in place before contract signing. DCB0129 is a clinical risk management standard rather than a security one, which is a different kind of assurance and an unusual one to see named.
What Solventum does not publish for this product is the detail underneath: no accuracy figure, model card or named model, no product specific business associate agreement, no retention schedule and no position on whether customer data trains its models.
