What Changed at Chartnote

Every material change AI Health Index has tracked at Chartnote: new modules, model and architecture updates, clinical evidence, regulatory status, security certifications, and integration depth. Each entry states what changed, cites its source, and carries our read on what it means for a buyer. The graded assessment of this vendor across all fifteen capability axes sits on its index profile.

Funding rounds, valuations, and awards are not product changes and are not logged here. Acquisitions appear only where there is direct product impact.

Version 3.3.7 of the Chartnote Chrome extension, updated 30 September, adds Chartnote Companion. Clinicians can pin a note from their Chartnote list so it stays visible inside any web based EHR, then insert structured sections of that note into the chart with @section shortcuts.

Our read

Clinicians can move scribe output into the chart section by section without switching windows. Because it runs in the browser on any web based EHR, there is no integration project to wait for.
