DynaMed is stronger on the mechanics of buying and deploying: an Epic marketplace listing that was actually reviewed, a public webstore with a free trial, and a product family that separates physician, nursing and pharmacy readers rather than serving one corpus to all three. Neither publishes a security attestation of any kind, and neither has measured how often its generative layer reasons wrongly from a correct citation, which is the failure this category has yet to confront.
