Bayesian Health reads the record, running machine learning inside the electronic health record continuously, with the deepest prospective evidence base in this index. The practical difference is when and where. In an emergency department, with a patient nobody has data on, a blood test answers and a record based model cannot. On an inpatient ward over three days, continuous monitoring catches what a single draw at admission could not.
