How do Asimily and Censinet handle patient data?
In Asimily's case, the product security page says neither PII nor ePHI is transmitted out of the on-site Edge appliance, data processed at the Edge is not written to disk, in-memory data is deleted after processing, cloud data stays in the country of origin, nothing is shared with third parties without customer authorization, and each customer runs on dedicated instances.
The third-party risk page states that all AI processing runs within Censinet's private network, that no data leaves Censinet infrastructure, and that "customer data is never used to train AI models". The terms of use say benchmarking data is de-identified, anonymized and combined with other organizations' data before it is shared with other subscribers, and treat assessment materials as the customer's confidential information.
