The dual sided commercial structure on the imaging side is the thing to understand before comparing anything: the same detection technology is sold to dental practices and to dental insurers, who are counterparties in claims disputes about the same radiographs, and nothing published states whether the models are identical, whether calibration differs by customer type, or what separates the two businesses internally.
Archy publishes its business associate agreement in full, attached as an exhibit to its Master Service Agreement and effective when a customer accepts it, including on free access and trial. What it does not publish is an examination of its own. A trust centre is linked from the site footer but is hosted on a compliance platform that renders only in a browser, so what it holds could not be read, and no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HITRUST attestation of Archy's own was located. No retention period for AI inputs and no training use statement was located either, though the agreement does limit use to providing the service and to de identified product usage data.
Neither vendor publishes quantified evidence for its AI features.
