The vendor puts the manual version of this task at 15 to 20 minutes of chart reconstruction inside a 24 to 72 hour regulatory window, which is a specific enough claim to test against a physician advisor's own calendar. The risk to check in evaluation is what the synopsis omits, since a medical necessity argument built from a summary is only as good as the exclusions nobody sees.
