What Changed at HealOS

Every material change AI Health Index has tracked at HealOS: new modules, model and architecture updates, clinical evidence, regulatory status, security certifications, and integration depth. Each entry states what changed, cites its source, and carries our read on what it means for a buyer. Funding rounds, valuations, and awards are not product changes and are not logged here. Acquisitions appear only where there is direct product impact.

HealOS published @healos/cli to npm, a command line client for its External API that covers patients, notes, eligibility checks and prior authorization tracking. Notes can be created from text, audio or documents and exported as JSON or CSV, and every command supports a dry run. Signing in through the browser creates a read only key that expires after 90 days and must be approved by an organization admin.

Our read

Developers and operations teams can script HealOS work without writing their own API client. Commands that act on the EHR are documented but not yet live in production.
