Ask who sets the threshold, whether it is auditable, what the error rate is on auto submitted claims, and who is accountable for a miscoded claim that was never seen by a person. Bundled AI at no extra cost is a genuine economic advantage over a specialist tool, but only where the practice was going to run this EHR regardless.
