Deciphex launched CipherX, a pathology AI engine that pairs foundation models with a semantic layer translating their representations into named, pathologist validated tissue signatures. Deciphex states CipherX is in production in its Diagnexia clinical diagnostic service and its Patholytix research business, and reports negative predictive values of 99.85 percent for adenocarcinoma and 98.76 percent for melanoma in production, with every Diagnexia case signed out by a pathologist.
