A stated population and both operating characteristics is more than most vendors in this index publish, and it is enough to reason about. Sensitivity of 92 percent with specificity of 74 percent is the right shape for a pre screen, since the job is to avoid missing people and to accept that a quarter of those flagged will test normal. The dataset is small at 99 patients, so the number to ask about is performance in a primary care population rather than a validation cohort.
