Product / capability

Arcadia launched a new portfolio at its Aggregate conference: Arcadia Ascent for providers and payers, Arcadia CareJourney for market and network intelligence, and Arcadia LifeScience for real world evidence. Ascent Care adds AI patient prioritization and a care navigation agent, and Ascent Insight adds conversational AI and predictive models. Arcadia says its AI runs on a spectrum from assistive to autonomous depending on risk, with a full record of what it did and why.

Our read

Much of this repackages existing Arcadia and CareJourney capability under new names. The new parts are the care navigation agent and the stated oversight model, so buyers should ask which workflows actually run autonomously today.
