RXNT Ambient IQ vs Veradigm Ambient Scribe

Last VerifiedAugust 4, 2026
Verdict

Two ambulatory record system vendors that built a scribe for their own base, and they disclose very different amounts. RXNT publishes its full price list on its own site and is candid that the product runs in two tiers, native inside RXNT where it produces a signed ready encounter, and standalone elsewhere where the note has to be moved. Veradigm publishes no price, no specialty count and no accuracy figure, and its scribe is branded by the record system vendor while being built by a company it does not name, which means the model and the data path belong to a third party. Veradigm does hold one claim worth chasing: capture that creates transcripts without generating an audio recording at all. If that survives contract review it is the best privacy answer in the lane. If it does not, RXNT is the better documented product.

Select RXNT Ambient IQ if
  • It publishes its complete price list on its own website, flat and per provider, which is the clearest commercial disclosure of any record system vendor in this index.
  • The product works standalone as well as natively, so a practice on another platform can still use it, and the vendor is candid that those are two different experiences.
  • The review sequence is stated in the right order, with the encounter created only after the clinician has reviewed, edited and signed.
Select Veradigm Ambient Scribe if
  • It carries the most interesting privacy claim in the category if it holds contractually, describing capture that creates transcripts without generating an audio recording at all.
  • It is honest about a limitation most vendors bury, stating that multilingual capture produces English documentation, so a buyer knows what the note will look like.
  • Codes arrive as suggestions for provider review rather than pre filled, which is the more conservative handling of structured output.

Disclosure

Read both security positions carefully. RXNT states that it hosts applications and data in certified data centres, which certifies the facility and its operator rather than RXNT's own controls. Veradigm's scribe is branded by the record system vendor but built by a separate company that is not named on the product, so the model, the processor and the subprocessor chain belong to a third party.

Neither publishes an accuracy figure, a specialty count in Veradigm's case, or a bias and accent performance analysis. Veradigm publishes no product specific business associate agreement or hosting region.
