Read both security positions carefully. RXNT states that it hosts applications and data in certified data centers, which certifies the facility and its operator rather than RXNT's own controls. Veradigm's disclosure stops at the AvodahMed link: no foundation model, no hosting arrangement for the combined product, and no subprocessor list for either party. Veradigm states business associate status in the agreement but publishes no separate business associate agreement template and no hosting region.
