ZeOmega launched Jiva PrudenceAI, an AI layer for health plans that puts summaries, recommendations and prepared actions inside utilization and care management work. It covers authorization intake including faxes, guideline help and decision support for utilization review, call preparation, summaries, recommended assessments and draft care plans for care managers, and a combined member view. Plans can use ZeOmega's apps, their own approved models or certified partner tools under one set of governance rules that decide which models run, what each may do, how outputs are checked and when clinicians review, and ZeOmega says any AI decision can be logged, explained and halted in real time.
Our readPayers already on Jiva can switch it on without a platform migration and are not tied to ZeOmega's own models. The written controls and ZeOmega's statement that member data stays in its environment are terms plans can test in contracts and audits of AI assisted prior authorization.
