EHR / interoperability

xCures added Care Team endpoints to its API. One lists the care team members found in a patient's records, one entry per distinct provider, with paging, sorting and filters for search term, date range, code and code system, and another returns a single member by ID. The release also adds an optional middle name on subject and application records and removes the eligibilitySatisfied and meetsCriteria fields from checklist evaluation results.

Our read

Integrators get the providers involved in a patient's care as structured data instead of parsing retrieved records, and middle names help patient matching. Teams that read the two removed checklist fields need to change their code.
