symplr launched symplr Time and Scheduling, which joins Smart Square's predictive nurse and staff scheduling with symplr's healthcare timekeeping for complex pay rules. A new AI schedule balancing feature weighs staffing needs, staff preferences, scheduling rules and past patterns and recommends changes for managers to approve. AI for timecard corrections and scheduling rules is planned for 2027.
