What Changed at Scribeberry

Scribeberry Pro users can now call patients at Canadian and US numbers, or text them a browser video link that needs no app or account, directly from Scribeberry on the web or in the mobile app. The scribe starts when the patient answers and writes the note from the call, and the caller ID can show the Scribeberry number, the clinician's own verified number or a clinic number.

Small practices get telehealth calls and documentation in one tool without a separate video platform. There is no automated announcement that the call is being transcribed, so clinicians need their own consent script.

Scribeberry brought Berry, its clinical agent, into its iPhone and Android app. With an Accuro connected scribe, Berry answers questions about the chart with dates, fills in the Canadian Disability Tax Credit form from the visit and chart while leaving undocumented answers blank, and drafts a referral and fax once the clinician has reviewed the letter. The app also adds an option to transcribe on the device without a connection.

Forms and referrals are where Canadian clinicians lose time after the visit, and Berry leaves blank what the record does not support rather than guessing. The fax is reported as queued, with delivery tracked separately, so staff still need to confirm it arrived.
