Clinical evidence

Lunit presented five ESMO 2026 posters using Lunit SCOPE. In 993 resected lung cancers, SCOPE PD-L1 agreed with the pathologist's tumor proportion score 73 percent of the time, and 204 of the 211 disagreements fell in the 1 to 10 percent band. In 181 pancreatic cancer patients, SCOPE IO linked a higher tumor to stroma ratio with worse progression free survival, except in KRAS G12D tumors, where the link reversed.

Our read

The PD-L1 result shows exactly where the AI and pathologists part ways, which is the band a lab would want a second read on. All SCOPE products remain research use only.
