AvodahMed's Ambient Scribe release 26.17.14 tightens how notes and orders reach Veradigm: ICD-10 selections are checked before saving to the EHR, orders that need a procedure result entry rule now save, and launching from Veradigm reuses the matching scheduled appointment instead of duplicating it. The release also adds an OB/GYN specialty, bullet and paragraph note formats, and a 14 day free trial for Practice Fusion users.

Write back is where ambient scribe value is often lost, and fewer rejected orders and coding errors help Veradigm practices most. Oversight teams should note that notes can now be saved to the EHR before anyone has reviewed them.
